Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been correctly fulfilled and delivered in good condition.

Upon receipt of your delivery, please immediately inspect all items for freshness, packaging integrity, and accuracy against your order receipt.

If there is an issue, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing our team with your order number and clear photographs of the product in question.

Proper Storage

While awaiting a resolution, please keep the product refrigerated or frozen as instructed on the label to maintain its condition for potential collection or inspection.

Resolution Process

Once your claim is validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a priority redelivery of the replacement goods at no extra cost.
