'A-la-Carte' Chicken Jalfrezi Ready Meal

Our Chicken Jalfrezi is a medium hot curry made using with green chillies, peppers, onion, ginger and is a tomato based dish. We marinate the meat for 24 hours before frying it off. The spices are slowly simmered to produce a delicious sauce with an abundance of flavour.

This dish originates from Bengali region, where its name also originates. The word jhal, means spicy hot....
